Hotel's breakfast was satisfactory with whole grain breads, fresh pineapple, non sweetened croissants and could satisfy any taste. Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in Florence.

The place was homely and terrific and the staff were incredibly nice, the location was amazing to the Santa Maria del Fiore cathedral. Had a personal safe, air conditioner, and a minibar in my suite. Private bathroom was clean.

Oh man, the dining scene around Perseo is pure gold! Just a stone's throw away, I indulged in juicy slices at Mister Pizza and divine dishes at Osteria dell Olio. Perfect location and super friendly staff to help you navigate the foodie paradise that is Florence.
Now, a touch of street noise peeked through, but I thought it added character to the vibrant city vibe-who doesn't love a little hustle and bustle while savoring gelato?

Central location really good! Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Free internet. Breakfast area small but nice breakfast. Easy to get to from train station and then very centrally located to Duomo & centre of Florence.

Hotel Perseo was centrally located, few minutes from the main station. The hotel staff were very gentle, helpful and good to speak.
The hotel lift could be better specially since the hotel is on the 3rd floor

The cozy charm of Perseo immediately caught my heart.
More comfortable seating in the lobby would be nice.

The location is perfect for exploring, especially the Duomo and the Uffizi Gallery. The staff, and the breakfast was solid with plenty of selection. Would definitely recommend for a group trip.
The only downside was that the hallway and entrance give off more of an apartment vibe than a traditional hotel, a little unusual at first.

I was traveling with my adult daughter and we loved the design of the room. There was actually a small room attached, so plenty of room. We loved the uncluttered feeling of the room and the fact that it was quiet and at the back of the hotel.
the small breakfast room (was very crowded)

The hotel is exactly as the reviews describe. Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. We were made very welcome by the staff who were always very helpful. Well run hotel in the heart of florence, it's only 700m from everything! A short 10 min walk to the train station (with 2 big luggages) otherwise its more like 5 min. It's a lively and safe area with plenty of people on the streets even late into the night (12 midnight).
The hotel is located at the third floor so if you have a lot of luggage you will have to wait for the lift (which only takes 2 people at a time). There were only 2 of us so it was fine, but may be harder for a larger group. The toiletries provided is basic with a big bottle of shampoo/body foam attached to the wall and shower caps. You will need to bring conditioner, toothbrush, vanity kits and your own shampoo (if you are particular about multi-use products).

The room was cozy and well-appointed, with a comfy king-size bed and space for the kids. The bathroom was surprisingly spacious for European standards, and we had a great view of the Duomo right from our window. A few might find the need to leave the keys at the front desk a bit odd, but it didn't bother us at all.
